Shipping

All orders are shipped via USPS.

Orders will be shipped out within 48 business hours of being placed.

If your order is within the USA, you will receive a tracking number. Your order should arrive within 3 business days.

I cannot be held responsible if your order is damaged in the mail. Once items leave my studio, it is out of my hands. I do everything I can and make sure each item is carefully packaged to greet you in perfect condition.

International Customers

Except for Canada, I currently do not ship internationally from my webstore at this time.

If interested in purchasing, please check out my etsy store here, or if the item you want is not available there please send me an email at hello@ashmiyagawa.com so I can create a custom listing for you. Thank you!

Returns

Except in the instance of a mistake in the order on my part, I cannot accept returns or exchanges at this time.

Please think carefully before deciding to purchase.

Exchanges

I am happy to exchange any item for another item of the same quantity and price, within two weeks of delivery.

If you would like to make an exchange, please contact me here or send an email to hello@ashmiyagawa.com. Please include your order number and the name of the item(s) you wish to exchange in your message.

Please allow 1 - 2 weeks for your exchange to be processed. 

The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returned items must be delivered unused, in original packaging, and in the condition they were received or you will not be eligible for an exchange. I cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment.
