1. Inquiry

After you fill out my contact form, I’ll reply with any additional info requests and other examples of what I do to give you a better idea of how I work and what we can accomplish together. Then we can either communicate via email or schedule a phone call to finalize your needs, deadlines, and if we’re the right fit for each other.

Once we are all good to go, I’ll send over an invoice pricing out each item for our project, along with a contract (which outlines terms & conditions, file sharing, licensing, etc). Once those are signed, you’ll have a spot reserved on my calendar and we’ll be set to start our work together.


2. Discovery

Once all of the detail work is planned out, we can dive into defining the emotional details of our project. Depending on the project type, I’ll send over a questionaire for you to fill out and we’ll create a moodboard together on your platform of choice. We’ll dive deeper into your business goals, aesthetic choices, ideal customer, and work together to develop a strategy before we start any creative work.

3. Exploration

This is where magic happens—with the initial discussion in mind I’ll start off by creating a moodboard of my own based off of what we came up with together and begin crafting concepts. Once you’ve seen the initial designs, we’ll work collaboratively to tweak and perfect through previously agreed upon rounds of allotted revisions.


4. Launch

After we’ve reached a point where you are happy and satisfied with your design, we’ll make any last final touches. After that, once the final deposit has been paid, I will release your design files. At this point I’m happy to take over any communication with your printer, vendor, other creatives etc. to help you bring your brand and ideas to life. Then—our project is all wrapped up!


Please note that this is a rough outline for a typical design project. Every project is unique and I try to be as accomodating and flexible as my schedule allows.
